Full Service Management
CS Partners will act as a full service provider working with your school board to oversee all aspects of school management.
Services include but are not limited to:
Human Resource Administration
Budget and Finance
Strategic Planning
Curriculum Development and tracking
Special Education oversight
Staff Development
Facility Acquisition and Maintenance
Marketing and Public Relations for student recruitment
Compliance Requirements as defined by state and authorizer
Expertise, consultation and oversight of all school administration and management components
Data management of student assessment
Solicitation of Grants when applicable
Board Reporting Requirements
Technology assistance
These services can also be provided on a fee for service basis as desired.
Budget and Finance
CS Partners will serve as full service business office for the school.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable oversight
- State aid deposits and other deposits as applicable
- Cash flow planning
- Monthly financial statements to the board to include budget
