CS Partners is a different kind of ESP. We focus on educational reform. We believe ESPs should be led by professional educators with experience in multiple forms of education. A particular reform or school model is not as important as professional leadership and the use of research-tested methods and structures.
CS Partners is small, local and hands-on. Based in the center of Michigan we currently serve eight schools. When you need us we will be at your school.
CS Partners is an educator-owned business. The school managers that work for us own the business. Employees of the schools we manage become employees of CS Partners and have the option to become owners as well.
At CS Partners our mission is to create a business made up of educators working together to create school reform. Our purpose is to improve education while improving the livelihood of educators.
At CS Partners there are no absentee owners and no venture capital investors – just educators here in Michigan charter schools trying to make a difference.
