The CS Partners Urban Education Division strives to close the education gap and improve life outcomes by undertaking the reform of educational practices one school at a time, by developing partnerships with community groups who share our beliefs, and by creating schools where hope and optimism result in successful, capable and competent youths. The Division is centered on creating small collaborative systems of urban schools. Such systems will be made up of two to four elementary schools feeding  a single middle school and high school. We envision starting and operating such systems in Detroit and its adjoining municipalities. Similar models may be replicated in other Michigan urban areas.
