Educational leadership must be matched with open business and personnel management practices. Providing business management and financial services to a public entity requires ESPs to meet a high level of public scrutiny. CS Partners is committed to developing clear contracts and relationships between our business and the school’s Board and the school’s authorizer. We will develop a contract with the school that clearly defines what services will be provided by CS Partners at our expense and what services will be directed by CS Partners but paid for by the school. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in a timely fashion to the board is our commitment. Open and clear documentation of all business transactions will be the basis of our partnership with the Board. The same values will be evidenced in our work with the school employees.

CS Partners financial office is led by Maria Dockins, President and CFO for the company. Ms. Dockins leads a team of accounting experts in managing the school’s financial activity. Ms. Dockins has been serving charter schools in the area of business for over 14 years. All accounting done on behalf of the academy will meet Michigan School Accounting standards. Our team is experienced in meeting the requirements for budgeting and reporting and will ensure it is completed on the schedules the Board and the authorizer prescribes.
